Click the "Register" button at the top of the page or visit ibayar.onl/register. Fill in the required details such as username, email address, mobile number, and password. Once done, check your email for a verification link and follow the instructions to activate your account.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit a valid copy of your national identity card (MyKad), recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie holding your identity document. Verification typically takes between 24 and 48 business hours.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one ibayar account. Owning multiple accounts violates ibayar's Terms and Conditions and may result in all related accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our customer support.

Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings and select "Change Password". Enter your current password, then your desired new password. ibayar recommends a password of at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols for optimal security.
